Jim Harris is a renowned slingshot designer and maker from Kentucky, USA. He is the owner and operator of Performance Catapults, a company specializing in high-quality slingshots. Harris is best known for designing the SPS®, a groundbreaking slingshot design that has been widely imitated and become a cult classic in the slingshot community.
