World Slingshot Association

The World Slingshot Association is an association duly incorporated in accordance with Sections 60 through 79 of the Swiss Civil Code is domiciled in Swiss Baar (Zug). its European headquarters located at the Federazione Italiana Giochi e Sport Tradizionali (FIGEST), its Asian Headquarters located at the Chinese Slingshot Club Champions League (CSCC), China.
The objectives of the World Slingshot Association are toPromote the development of the slingshot sport in the world according to the spirit of the Olympic principles.

Charter of the World Slingshot Association - WSA

The following terms shall have the meaning defined below:

• "WSA": refers to the World Slingshot Association
• "Association": refers to a Slingshot Association (or the Promotion Committee) representing each country recognized by the World Slingshot Association.
• "League": refers to a domestic organization under a Slingshot Association (or the Promotion Committee) of each country
• "Confederation": refers to a group of Member Associations of the World Slingshot Association which are in the same continent (or an assigned geographical region).
• "Congress": refers to the highest authority of the World Slingshot Association.
• "The Executive Committee": refers to the executive organ of the World Slingshot Association.
• "Member": refers to a member of the World Slingshot Association, i.e. the only Slingshot Association (or the Promotion Committee) that can represent a country.
• "Officials": refers to all directors, committee members, referees, assistant referees, coaches, trainers, and other personnel responsible for technical, medical and administrative matters of the World Slingshot Association, a slingshot association, slingshot associations or a club.
• "Special Representatives": is a temporary member existing under transitional arrangements that may represent a country where such country has no slingshot association (or promotional committee) as described under Article 74.
• "Athlete": refers to the slingshot athletes licensed by each Slingshot Association.
